What Guardian Property/Properties do you work at?
I am a traveling property manager so I work at the Walden, Newburgh, New Windsor, Fishkill, Chester, Warwick, Highland and Wappingers locations!
What is your favorite part about working at Guardian Self Storage?
My favorite part about working at Guardian Self Storage has been the very friendly and welcoming staff.
In your opinion, what sets Guardian apart from all of the other self-storage companies out there?
Our great, friendly customer service.
What are some of the most interesting things you’ve seen stored?
A talking Mork doll!
At the location(s) you work at, what are the types of units that people rent the most?
I travel to a bunch of different locations so I think it tends to vary.
Tell us more about you; what are some of your favorite things to do outside of work?
My favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with my kids.
What type of advice would you give someone who has never stored anything before and is trying to decide what type of unit to use and how to pack their unit?
I would suggest utilizing the height, but packing the unit so your belongings are as easily accessible as possible.
Do you have a favorite customer?
Giuseppe! He is an older gentleman who has a great attitude and loves to sing the old classics!
What is the longest you have ever worked with a customer before getting them into a storage unit?
Approximately 2 months from start to finish.
What has been your most heartfelt experience at Guardian Self Storage?
The great relationship that all of us managers have with each other. It is awesome.
